What you give us

Our forms collect your email and, where requested, name, business, website, phone, project type, building volume and message. Analysis requests include your stated search problem. Orders include the selected plan, billing choice and extras. The calculator sends the figures you choose when you ask for an emailed breakdown.

How requests are handled

We use these details to answer your request and follow up on services you ask about. Brevo sends the team notification and visitor receipt and keeps a contact-list backup. A private Supabase lead record is saved before the notification is attempted and records whether that notification succeeded. A service outage can prevent either step; a success screen is not a guarantee of inbox delivery.

We do not sell inquiry details or add you to a newsletter through these forms. Hosting and email providers process information needed to run the site and deliver responses.

Retention and your choices

The retention period for private lead records is 24 months. Automated deletion scheduling is still being put in place, so we do not promise automatic deletion on an exact date. Spam protection and local preferences

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions and may process browser, device and network information. Hosting systems also keep operational logs. Our on-page assistant routes you to information; it is not a human chat operator. No analytics or advertising container is currently configured.

This site does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals. Do not include payment-card information or sensitive personal records in a message.
