Find out what you are losing to the portals.
Five questions and no call required. We check your communities, plan names, services and the markets you work in against what currently ranks, then send back the list of which searches you already own and which ones somebody else does.

What the reply contains
Five things, written by a person.
- What ranks for each name you own Every community name, plan name or service line you give us, checked against what currently holds position one, and whether that is you or a portal.
- Where the structural gaps are Which pages should exist on your site and do not. This is usually the shortest part of the reply and the most valuable.
- What your platform will block If you are on a vendor platform with limited template control, we say which items are genuinely blocked before you spend anything.
- Which tier the keyword count actually needs Sized from what we find rather than from what we would prefer to sell. If the honest answer is the smallest tier, that is what the reply says.
- What your name search shows a buyer The last page somebody reads before calling you, described plainly.
Questions
About the analysis.
Is this genuinely free?
Yes, and there is no call attached to it. You answer five questions, we do the work, and the findings arrive by email. Nothing is gated behind a meeting and no card is requested at any point.
How long does the reply take?
Two business days in most cases. If you have given us a long list of communities or service lines it can take a little longer, because each name is checked individually rather than run through a tool and forwarded.
What if the answer is that we do not need this?
Then that is what the reply says. It happens most often with firms whose search demand is genuinely small, or whose inquiries all come through relationships that search does not touch. Telling you that costs us one sale and saves you a year of paying for the wrong channel.
Do you sell or share my details?
No. The details go to the account team who write the reply. They are not sold, not shared with third parties, and not added to any list you did not ask to join.
Will somebody call me?
Not unless you ask. The reply comes by email and it contains the findings rather than an invitation to book a call to hear them.
What do you need from me?
Five answers, and ideally a few specifics: your community names, plan names or service lines, and the markets you work in. The more specific you are, the more specific the reply, but the questionnaire works without any of it.
